EXPERIENCED PAYROLL OFFICER – AMARIS
Mantu is looking for a knowledgeable Experienced Payroll Officer to process and manage the company’s payroll. As an Experienced Payroll Officer, you will work within the Payroll Team, which is part of the Human Resources Direction. The Experienced Payroll Officer is responsible to calculate wages based on hours worked, administer payments and ensure social and fiscal contributions payments to organisms. The goal is to ensure employees receive the correct compensation in a timely manner.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following:
- Gather information on payroll variables for each employee (worked hours, absences, bonuses, cash advances, entries, exits)
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
- Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed
- Execute pay orders received through our electronic system
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
· Proven experience as payroll specialist in an international environment;
· Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
· Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
· Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases
· Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
· Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Master or BSc/BA in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or any relevant field
Ideally. 2-year experience in a large scale of Payroll Staffing.
