We are Dreamplex, a Space for Success. As the first and leading coworking space in Vietnam, we aim to create an environment where our members feel inspired and motivated to make every day at work as meaningful and fulfilling as possible, where they collaborate with the community, and grow not only professionally, but also personally.  About the role 

Programming is a huge part of this. From lunch & learns to guest speakers and all-day workshops, the interactive content we offer helps us truly build a community that feels alive, meaningful, and contributes to our members’ personal growth.  

Meaningful programming will help our members grow towards Success. Providing them the tools to learn and develop towards their goals answers their desire for continuous improvement. We create more opportunities for them to meet & build connections with other like-minded members. This is important because coworking works because of the social connections that are actively provided.

 What you will do

• Work with our Experience lead to plan and curate an event schedule 

• Lead our team in executing events, from social posts to promote it, to facilitating on the day of, and content that recaps the great work you delivered

• In doing this; help upskill the entire team in event production and attention to all the details that make a great event

What you need

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in event planning 

• A passion for using content & programming to improve people’s everyday life and work experience 

• One of the best personal networks in Saigon and Hanoi to ensure we can get the best speakers, presenters and workshop hosts to join us

• Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously 

• Fluent in written and spoken English
