Job summary
We are looking for highly motivated Marketing Executive champions in our Ho Chi Minh
office. This person is responsible for driving business results through leadership of strategic

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

guide content creation.
● Assist with marketing material (email newsletters, website, social media assets and

● Evaluate marketing campaigns using statistical data when possible and suggest

Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
● Less than 1-year experience in Facebook Ad
● Advanced in both written and spoken English (Having English certification is a plus).
● Experienced in Graphic design and Video editor is a plus but not required.
● Open – minded, preferred candidates with international exposure.
● Able to multitask, prioritize and seamlessly move from one project to another

Job summary
We are looking for highly motivated customer service champions in our Ho Chi Minh office.
Your responsibility will be improving our customer-oriented CRM system. Also, you will
support the team with creating a sustainable CRM strategy while acting as a liaison, provide
product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts
might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
● Supporting team to increase the effectiveness of the CRM strategy
● Answer calls professionally to provide information about the company, products and
services or obtain details of complaints.
● Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,
complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken. Process orders, forms and
applications.
● Handle customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solution and follow up with the
customers.
● Generate sales leads.
