1. Calls prospective clients, set appointments to visit the Club
2. Follows-up missed clients
3. Generates Referrals and Leads from all possible sources
4. Attends to walk-ins and all inquiries of the Club
5. Conducts club tour and presentation of products and services to inquiring clients
6. Upsell to members other products and services of the Club
7. Ensure collection of payments from members before client’s start date
8. Ensure proper documentation of reports and all sales related documents
9. Monitor progress of clients
10. After sales-service
11. Other tasks by Management
Customer Service
1. Greet, welcome, receive, handle, interact and check-in members and guests professionally at all times
2. Ensuring prompt and professional phone answering service
3. Render high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring their needs and requests are attended to in a timely manner
4. Ensure all documents are checked and verified
5. Assist to achieve 5 star facility standards
6. Ensure opening/closing of facilities is in accordance to Company SOPs
• Availability for Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills fresher as well as experienced can apply, result oriented, confident, full of convincing skills will be preferred
• Fluency in English.
• Problem analysis and solving skills
• Candidate should have strong selling skills
• Good Customer service skills
• Pro-active, self-reliant, team player, aggressive with a “can do” attitude.
