1.  COPYWRITER INTERN

Overview

These include Consulting, Advertising, PR, Digital, Mobile, Social Media, Activation, Field Marketing and Design. In addition, Ogilvy group also provides print, digital and video production services.

We are looking for a young talented Copywriter Intern who is looking for a fantastic challenge within an international agency as Ogilvy.

Responsibilities

• Generate ideas after understanding client requirements 
• Daily review of job status with the Creative Supervisor
• Co-ordinating with all the departments of advertising (Client Servicing / Studio / Production)
• Responsible for the accuracy of release materials (Betas/ Positives / Bromides / etc) and ensuring that they are prepared on time
• Responsible for initiating and jobs, ensuring, quality, accuracy and that they are delivered on time
• Documentation

Requirement:

• Last-year student or fresh-graduate is preferred
• Work independently as well as team-work with partners
• Good command of English & Vietnamese writing & speaking skills
• Consistently challenges oneself for breakthrough thinking
• Constantly strives to do things differently
• Strives to deliver superior work within time-frame
• Uses the systems and networks within the organization to leverage the existing knowledge base
• Being updated on current trends and technologies
• Having interest (and good taste) in art is a plus

2.  Graphic Designer INTERN

Key Responsibilities

• To make up colour dummies for DM, Leaflet, POP & Print Advertising items for client presentation.
• Review and make sure to complete the data of material supplied lists, finally checked all task completed as required by internal and complete the job bag procedures accordingly.
• Demonstrate good knowledge and skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, PageMaker, QuarkXPress etc.
• Ensure close collaboration with account service staff to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Participate in helping to shape and define briefing for the projects.
• Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills. 
• Run projects to brief, on time and within budget
• Seek out opportunities to add further ideas and value to projects

Requirements:

• Last-year student or fresh-graduate is preferred
• Experience in integrated marketing is preferred
• Have experience in all appropriate software
• A good command of English
• To be able to clearly, comprehensively and logically communicate design ideas and finished work
• Be active participant in the Design Direct business and social scene
• Proactive, creative thinking, drive for result, passionate for design

3.  ACCOUNT INTERN

We are now looking for an ambitious Account Intern who will be responsible for:

• Work with cross functioned team within the company
• Take part in all administrative tasks
• Execute tasks assigned by Account Director

The Intern will be offered a chance to work and experience in a dynamic, multi-cultured and diversified environment.

Requirements

• Last-year student or fresh-graduate is preferred
• Interested / Passionate in Marketing, especially in Advertising (ATL)
• Good command of English & Vietnamese writing & speaking skills
• Hard working, creative, open-minded, highly responsible, ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work full-time for 3 months (Mon to Fri)
