Responsibilities:
– Support customers via chat and email.
– Ensure achievement of given quality and performance parameters including turnaround time.
– Focus on Customer Service and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results as per
client requirement, to meet the organizational objectives.
Requirements:
– Able to do shift work flexibly (9 hour per shift including 1 hour for break during working time from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
– Excellent English written communication skills.
– At least 1 year Sales chat experience.
– Sales skill set.
– Good communication, problem solving skills.
