Responsibilities:
– Execute calls & transactions as per given guidelines.
– Ensure achievement of given quality and performance parameters including turnaround time.
– Focus on Customer Service and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results as per client requirement, to meet the organizational objectives.
Requirements:
– Able to do shift work flexibly (9 hour per shift including 1 hour for break through 24/7 service).
– Good command of English, especially in writing and comprehension.
– None experience or from 3 month working experience in customer service
industry.
– Good communication, problem solving skills.
– Should have knowledge of MS Office and good typing skills.
– Should have Analytical / Logical Reasoning Skills.
– Should have decision making ability.
