• Deliver full life-cycle recruiting: to source, screen, conduct initial interview and prepare candidates for final interviews with hiring managers; offer job to selected candidate(s) and complete the onboard process.
• Consult with HR and hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.
• Identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria. Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs.
• Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool and make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.
• Build applicant sources by various methods to attract candidates including researching and contacting community services, colleges, recruiters, social media, and internet sites; providing the Company profile, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
• Work closely with all Dept. Head and HR Manager for recruitment requirements, plans and budget the recruitment cost.
• Participate actively in job fairs and close collaborate with major universities
• Manage the entire intern program: recruitment strategic, interviewing process, coaching and performance evaluation process, identifying the best ones potential for hiring.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
• Produce ad hoc reports for management meetings
• At least 3 years experiences in recruitment for big size company as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Prefer from Headhunt firms
• A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
• Prior experience as a senior talent acquisition specialist, or similar experience in an HR role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key
• Good at English
