Job Purpose

As part of our team you will help develop, build client applications.

We are looking for someone who are well-versed in the following technologies:

• Ruby & Ruby on Rails (or equivalent technology)
• Git Source Control.
• MySQL Server (or equivalent technology, Postgresql, MS SQL Server or Oracle DB)
• JavaScript (Vanilla JS, jQuery or equivalent technology)
• HTML/HTML5
• CSS/SCSS/SASS

It would be a plus point if you have experience with

• NodeJS
• WordPress
• Laravel framework
• ReactJS /React Native
• Linux /Unix (Ubuntu, RedHat or CentOS)

About You

• You are someone who can learn fast by doing.
• You are someone who are open to new ideas & willing to explore new ideas.
• You are detail-oriented.
• You have a good sense of design (in term of colors & layouts).
• You strive hard to achieve great results as a team.
• You have at least 2 years of experience on web or mobile development working as a full-stack developer.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
• Some experience with the tools we currently use (GitLab, Sketch, Zeplin).

About This Role

You will be a Senior Software Developer at Rubify Technology Pte Ltd. You’ll be helping our team design and develop awesome applications for our clients, which include Web app & Mobile apps (iOS & Android).

Some of your tasks will include:

• Write code that is simple, easy to maintain and clear.
• Design services and solutions.
• Work with Junior Developers to deliver functionalities as a team.
• Work with Project Executive / Project Manager to meet the timeline with expected quality for client projects.
• Guide & train Junior Developers.
• Code review pull requests.

This is a 40/hour a week full-time position.

Other Requirements

• Solid knowledge of design patterns.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
