Yêu cầu công việc

Mô tả công việc: 

60% Training Arrangement and Delivery

  • Conduct HR part of ‘3 days of Culture’.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Office and related departments to arrange staff training program based on organizational and employee needs.
  • Arrange and/or conduct training courses, which may involve demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders and cameras, leading group discussions or role-playing activities and employing experts to run sessions.
  • Assist to manage the delivery of training program.
  • Arrange continuous training for unsuccessful participants.
     

10% Training Material

  • Coordinate to develop training resources for in-house courses.

 

5% Statutory Training Courses
Work as a team with Corporate/Branch Offices to ensuring that statutory training courses are arranged for Hanoi staff, i.e skill training to get official certificates for Personal Trainer, Instructor, Therapist, etc. to meet requirements of authority.
 

15% Training Administration

  • Record training information into HR Software.
  • Coordinate and update staff training profiles.
  • Filing and E-filing training material.
  • Liaise with Marketing to have company certificate distributed to staff.
  • Responsible for training logistics as per request.
  • In charge of training related administration as per request.

5% Other assignments

  • Handle/ Support ad-hoc projects, or other assignments as per request.

Kiến thức chuyên môn: 

Major in business administration/ human resources is preferable.

Kỹ năng: 

Good English and Vietnamese, both writing and speaking.
Good training skills.
Good computer skills, especially in MS Power Point.
Good attention to details

Bachelor Degree

Kinh nghiệm: 

At least 1 years of working experience in training.
