• Event venue: this event will be conducted at a 5 star hotel in district 1, Ho Chi Minh city (to be updated the address after offer)
• Event timeline: during 2 days 7 & 8 March 2018
• Event theme: Agriculture, Supply Chain, Cold chain, Reduce food loss
• Language use: English & Vietnamese

II/ Requirement:

• Can communicate in English & Vietnamese
• Have experience in events (different roles: technical support / general assistant…) or reception / welcoming guests at events
• Right attitude: can-do, willing to do, polite, active, reliable
• High sense of responsibility
• Must be available for supporting in:

• March 6^th 2018: from 8am to 6pm (final rehearsal of event)
• March 7^th 2018: from 7am to 10pm (event day 1)
• March 8^th 2018: from 7am to 14pm (event day 2)
• + 02 training sessions of training & rehearsal in Feb 28^th & Mar 3^rd 2018 (2-3 hours/each)
