JOB DESCRPTION
• Carry out all brewing activities according to safety, environmental and hygiene regulations issued by the
Company and legalauthorities.
• Implement,operateandmonitortheproductionplanstoensuretheseplansarecheckedandcarriedout
properly.
• Ensurethedepartmentcandelivertheproducttocustomersintherightquality,intherightquantityandin
the right time.
• Record allactivities in shift and report to superiors; properly hand overto operators ofthe next shift.
• Implementandmonitorallinprocessqualitycontrolactivitiestomakesuretheyarefollowed standards,
procedures and process is controlled properly: comply with quality assurance requirements.
• Comply with food safety requirements, Apply VPO method in daily activities: 5S, SIC, PDCA, Abnormality
report, RACI, ATM…
• Cooperateandsupportplannedandexceptional maintenanceactivities toensureproduction operates
smoothly
• Monitor performance ofspecific area(Raw material, Brew house, Fermentation, Filtration) andBrewing
section
• Training and studying: attend all training courses organized by department and company. Sharing the
knowledge and operation skill to new operators
• OperateinFermentation asand whenrequested asperLean Structure
REQUIREMENT
• College degree, major in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mechanical
• Intermediate level in English, Proficient skills in MS Office
• Good health, Teamwork, honest, Ability working under pressure
• Safety operation knowledge, laboratory analysis and technical knowledge
