Big Leap Clinical Research Support Company Limited – Business Development Director & Business Development Manager
– Build the weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets;
– Make quotations, contracts, related documents;
– Implement the specific plan and strategy that Business Development Director and Manger have set to archive the sales targets;
– Research and analysis the market to identify the market’s demands and requirements;
– Identify and develop sources of potential clients;
– Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to use SMO service;
– Maintain regular contact with Key Clients;
– Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication;
– Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both client;
– Create, negotiate and close the agreements;
– Advise client feedback/comments relating to service, including: quality and fee as well as company performance;
– Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities;
– Achieve sales activities within specified time scales as directed by Business Development
Director and Manager;
– Be able to demonstrate and consult a full knowledge of all services, relevant benefits to customers;
– Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor and competitor’s service, be able to
Highlight their disadvantages and promote relevant benefits;
– Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities;
– Maintain accurate records of all contacts with clients;
– Handle correspondence related to all selling activities;
– Maintain high standard of personal presentation;
– Represent in a professional manner at all times;
– Liaise with other members of Business Development Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism;
– Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures;
– Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record same in line with Company Policy;
– Other responsibilities required by Business Development Director and Manager.
Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- At least College degree in: economics, law
