BCI Asia Vietnam – Account Executive
➢ Account Management
• Manage and maintain profitable business relationships with all existing assigned accounts and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Actively manage account portfolio and proactively identify new sales (upsell) opportunities
• Complete outbound customer care calls to all members as populated in CRM through the
internal “Traffic Light System”
• Complete outbound annual renewal calls to client decision makers
• Maintain all direct inbound client enquiries (phone, email) with a turnaround time within 24 hours
• Complete product training on online services – by telephone and in-the-field
• Achieve KPI’s in renewal and up sell targets
• Coordinate training sessions and customer care with colleagues of other branch offices for international subscribers
• Maintain updated information on the company database (CRM) in adherence with expected standards
• Maintain good knowledge of BCI CRM and LeadManager system
➢ Other
• Promote BCI Asia as an industry leading building and construction information provider at all points of contact.
• Assist in the growth of BCI’s position in the market by representing its strengths, values and differentiators, to industry contacts, potential customers and clients.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
• Uphold BCI Asia’s philosophies, values and guiding principles
