Assistant CEO  job description

Reports to: CEO

Job duties:

• Secretarial Job
• Marketing Job
• Marketing Intelligence
• Survey Job: Newspaper, Magazine and internet
• Translation Job: at the regular meeting, translate English to Vietnamese.

Qualification & Expericence: preferred

• Having Bachelor of language foreign, secretary, business administration, HR, marketing,..

• Female, To have a good appearance, good manner.

Skills

• Proficent in listening, speaking, writing English.
• Proficient in the use Ms office (Word, excel, powerPoint)
• Excellent typing skill
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Strong problem-solving skills

Benefit:

• Gross Salary: 15 mil – 20mil depend on experience and to be paid allowance by Tapack’s policy.
• Bonuses: Depend on personal performance and the company’s incentive policy for reference: 1st half, Annual performance bonus & 13th month salary.
• Other bonuses on holidays (5 days/year – 1 million/ day)
• Annual leaves: 12 days/ year     
• Free lunch at company’s canteen + milk allowances per month.

Working location & hour:

• Working place: Lot II, Group 4, Str. 13, Tan Binh Industrial Zone, Tan Phu Dist., HCMC
• Working time: From 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (44 hours/week, From Monday to Saturday morning)
