Yêu cầu công việc

Mô tả công việc: 
  1. Control invoices’ status:
  • Daily keep track and update invoices’ status to ensure the efficient and timely processing of contract file invoicing, respective of deadlines. 
  • Satisfy the client’s needs by issuing accurate invoices in accordance with the contract. 
  • Check reference information (client name, client address, client VAT information, invoice date, payment terms…)
  • Input and check financial information (issuing rate, number of unit, VAT amount, consultant code…)
  • Preparing invoices taking into consideration fiscal regulations of the area and Client specificities
  • Ensuring proper booking of invoices in accountancy

 

  1. Communication and support
  • Dealing with client for billing
  • Providing general administrative support to the business team (Check data consistency, billing and invoicing, etc)
  • Providing support to the administrative and financial manager
  • Prepare report to manager periodically
Bằng cấp: 

·         3rd year or final year student from a business school majoring in Business/ Finance/ Accounting/ Economics

Yêu cầu hồ sơ: 

·         Available for 6 months full-time internship.

·         A good ability to use the Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) is necessary

·         Good English communication skill (both verbal & written). Another foreign language such as French would be a plus

·         Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous and having a good capacity to work and communicate in international teams
