Lead the need qualification with client  

Receive the brief  

Understand the need  

Plan the campaign and related communication (according to audiences and media)  

Elaborate benchmarks and moodboards  

Create innovative concepts   brief your team and dedicated actors  

Validate a draft with the Client for each deliverable  

Finalise the deliverables  follow the project until the end (final delivery)  handle unsatisfied clients  follow project performances  

As an Art Director, you:  

Support and advise all the corporate departments in their strategies  

Transform their ideas into a concept/product  

Capable of taking initiative and proposing solutions  

Are responsible for graphic guidelines and style  

Ensure consistancy and harmony between deliverables  

Oversee that the guidelines are properly used on different media  

Supervise your team deliverables  

Follow Design and Video trends on a regular  

You work in a time-efficient way according to your priorities  

You know how to work in team on a daily basis  

You identify improvement points in the existing process and tools  

You fill in a reporting/cockpit to have a follow-up on projects performance
