ADMIN/HR INTERN_FORBES VIETNAM
Office Management:
Welcome clients, visitors, guests, etc. and provide appropriate instruction
Handle and transfer incoming calls, promptly take messages if the receiver is not available
Arrange meeting rooms
Working with suppliers (stationeries, drinking water, printing machine, flowers…)
Support in maintaining office equipment and keeping the proper look of the office
Support in arranging for company visitors, including visa, ticket booking, hotel reservation, etc.
HR tasks:
Support in organizing internal activities (team building, company trip, party, birthday, magazine’s date of issue, special occasions …)
Update on intern’s information and proceed needed procedures for newcomers (collect required documents, prepare equipment and stationaries, parking card…)
Posting internship recruitment, collect qualified CVs and arrange interviews for other departments
Other task requested by HR Manager
Requirements
Senior/Fresh Graduated students
Availability to work full-time for 3 months
Basic computer skill (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Fluency in English;
Detail-oriented and Honest,
Eager to learn and have a can-do attitude
Positive & Supportive attitude
Good time management skill
Good writing skill
Ability to work under pressure, work in a team and solve problems.
