Job Description
You will assist the daily invoicing processes for different subsidiaries, at the international level.
Under direct responsibility of the Sales administrator, you will have diverse and various tasks but not limited to:
- Generating sales invoices and maintaining billing system according with local specificities and group accounting rules.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records: monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Performing account reconciliations; investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- Preparing the accounting checklist (related to sales) according with the deadlines and its rules.
- Representing the contact person as Sales administrative team member for other departments of the scope he/she will be in charge, being responsible of the good organizational between them.
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
- Be involved in processes improvement.
You have strong skills on Excel and relevant computer software. Experience on ERP is a plus.
- Excellent level of English is required.

- Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduated or less than 2 years’ experience in accounting and finance; you are looking for a challenging position in an international environment.
