I. 10 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – TEMPORARY IN 6 MONTHS:
1. Job Summary:
- Being responsible for delivering APLL commitment to Customers
- Being the primary and first contact point for the Customers
- Handling inquiries from Customers, Vendors, and Factories
- Coordinating with Carriers to proceed with shipments
- Planning, updating and tracking daily operations in APLL’s systems
- Tackling immediately and/or escalating to Team Lead / Supervisor when there is potential cost impact
- Ad-hoc assignments from Managers
2. Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates or having 1 – 2 working year experience in relevant industry
- Customer- oriented and Result oriented
- Comprehensive Communication in Vietnamese and English
- Good at Problem-solving and Computerized Skills
- Able to multi-task and adapt in the fast pace environment under high pressure
- Being detail and careful
3. Working Location: HCM office or HP Office
- Viettel B Tower, No. 285, Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC
- Thanh Dat Building, No. 3, Le Thanh Tong Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, HP City
4. Start date: Jan. 2021
II. 2 WAREHOUSE COORDINATORS – TEMPORARY IN 8 MONTHS:
1. Job Summary:
- Being responsible for delivering APLL commitment to Customers
- Monitor and guide service providers to comply with customers’ and vendors’ requirements
- Tackling immediately and / or escalating to Team Lead / Supervisor when there is potential cost impact
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and set priorities work with the team, ensure proper assignment and adequate manning of facilities.
- Plan and follow up trucking activities for CFS to port.
- Oversee and maintain operations reports and inventories records, prepare reports
2. Job Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates or having 1 – 2 working year experience in relevant industry
- Customer oriented and Result oriented
- Comprehensive Communication in Vietnamese and English
- Good at Problem-solving and Computerized Skills
- Able to multi-task and adapt in the fast pace environment under high pressure
- Being detail and careful
- Working Location: 5A Xuyen A Highway, An Binh Ward, Di An, Binh Duong Province
- Start date: 1 st Mar. 2021
II. 2 ACCOUNTANT STAFFS – TEMPORARY IN 8 MONTHS:
1. Job Summary:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
2. Job Requirements:
- Having 1 – 2 working year experience in relevant industry
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- BA in accounting, finance or relevant field
- Familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP) is a plus but not required
- Working Location: HCM office – Viettel B Tower, No. 285, Cach Mang Thang 8 Street, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC
