The Hoa Sen Elite program carries the mission of training high-quality human resources to contribute to the sustainable development of the service and tourism industry in Vietnam. The program follows a practical learning model from work-based learning with 2 years of accademic study and 1.5 years of full-time internship at the workplace.
The program provides students with high application skills, advanced knowledge, opportunities to connect with 5-star businesses, and entrepreneurial thinking to create a clear development pathway for students from their early university years.
