Overview

The Event Management program is built on a foundation of quality education, with a team of lecturers with expertise, practical experience, and commitment to high output. Students will have access to the latest technology, adaptability to contemporary event trends, and business management aspects of the field. Overview

The Restaurant Management program meets external assessment standards AUN-QA (Quality Assurance Organization of the ASEAN University Network) with the advantage of “Creativity – elevating cuisine”. The curriculum is built on the basis of inheriting the long-standing brand tradition of the Hoa Sen restaurant industry and updating according to international trends; focusing on foreign languages in addition to professional knowledge in the kitchen and restaurant field.

The program has parallel theory and practice lectures. Right from year 1, specialized knowledge and skills are led by a team of experienced lecturers, who also hold management positions at many prestigious restaurants and hotels.
