Merchandise management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise General Staff to ensure:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merchandise is fully replenished, in good conditions &amp; quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All the display merchandise is according to schematic plan or instructions from supervisor\/Merchandiser and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price checking on POS\/SST and changing price label (if necessary) is completed before store opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order stock directly with Supplier and receive stock from MMD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage stock inventory and repeat order when inventory drops to a specific level. Return and exchange damaged goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support Foodline with monthly Stock Take as directed by supervisor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend bi-annual Stock Take as scheduled.<br>b. Non-merchandise management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise General Staff to ensure:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operational equipment, lighting and fixtures (gondola, wagon, shelves, etc.) are in good conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales floor is kept clean &amp; tidy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire safety procedure is carried out properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order POP, execute POP exhibition, check POP to ensure correct and adequate information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute floor opening and closing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check and verify variances in stock &amp; sales figures after Stock Take and make report to Line Manager<br>c. Customer service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide good customer services to encourage \u201cplus selling\u201d. Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get information and introduce to customers about new arrivals, promotions, policies regarding to payment, returns\/exchanges, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle complaints from customers or complaints raised by General Staff and promoters, difficult and complicated sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow Company\u2019s Rules on Customer Service (greeting, smiling, bowing and attitude towards customers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales and Profits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate with Suppliers to execute promotion schemes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify low sales items and not good quality. Estimate consumer demands and advise merchandising dept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep records of purchase orders, sales. Report periodically about top sales, promotion sales results, market survey\/competitor survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide every day sales figure of concess counter for promoters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support cashier in return\/exchange merchandise as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Manpower management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and prepare duty roster, shift plan and assign subordinates on duty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure sufficient manpower during business in ad-hoc situations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure General Staff and Promoters\u2019 attendance and attire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for General Staff\u2019s performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and promote teamwork spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer service<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide advices and good customer services to encourage \u201cplus selling\u201d.
